How to Send a Faxed Document without a Fax machine??

We are living in the digital age, and have been doing so for quite some time now. Almost everything we do is connected to the computer and to its many websites. Be that as it may, there are still instances when we are required to do things without it, to work on tasks without it, and, believe it or not, to send things without it. Now and then, we will need to fax documents for submission to somewhere important, like a job application or in submitting requirements to a government office. Now the computer has taken the place of most technological gadgets, and the fax machine is one of them, so that it is no longer as common to find a fax machine as it used to be. Most households do not have it, though some small businesses and government offices still make use of it. One advantage of the fax machine over the computer is that you instantly get a hard copy of the document sent to you—there is no more need to print it out.
So what should you do if you need to fax something and you don’t have immediate access to a fax machine? First, you would have to have the document scanned and then you can try any of these two very helpful online fax services.
  1. HELLOFAX. Hello Fax is an online fax service that does all these things for you: Send, retrieve, and manage your faxes for you. They are integrated with Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, One Drive, and Ever-note so it’s very convenient. They even allow you to send 5 free faxes to anywhere in the world so if you would rarely ever need to send faxes, this will be very convenient for you. Sending a fax is as easy as: 1) create a free account on the website; 2) enter the fax number you need to send the fax to (include the country code); 3) enter your full details; and 4) attach a digital copy of the document you need to fax.
  2. FAXZERO. FaxZero is much like HelloFax and the upside is that you are allowed to send 3-page faxes 5 times a day for free! The one downside to it is that every time you send a free fax, it prints an advertisement on the document, and this will not do particularly if you’re sending a highly important document. If you’re sending casual documents, though, perhaps it will do. Here, you don’t have to sign up for an account. You can just go to their website and then fill in your details.
